Shandong Sunbay New Material Co., Ltd. develops the tooling, the product and the packaging on one 26,000 m² site in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Linyi City. We mould thin-wall containers, extrude blister packaging and print board — then ship it to importers and distributors abroad.
Who we are
The company was established in 2017 in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Linyi City, Shandong Province, on a site of 26,000 m². Product technology development, product design, production and sales sit in the same organisation. That is the point of the place: the people who quote your order can walk to the machine that runs it.
Three technologies run side by side here — thin-wall injection moulding, blister extrusion and integrated moulding. Because they share one site, a single enquiry can cover a takeaway box and its lid, a blister-formed produce tray and a printed board container, quoted together and packed into the same container.
Our products are sold throughout China and exported to the United States, Canada, Japan, Greece, Finland and the Arab countries. We also carry out external processing and custom production for clients in multiple countries, so your own drawing, your own colour and your own packing requirement can run alongside the standard range.

Shandong Sunbay New Material Co., Ltd. starts on a 26,000 m² site in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Linyi City, Shandong Province, as a comprehensive enterprise integrating product technology development, product design, production and sales.
Technology
Our own moulds run on thin-wall injection machines. Light wall sections keep unit weight — and therefore freight cost — down, while the base and rim stay rigid enough to hold a hot, wet meal. This is the process behind the containers, bowls, boxes, juice cups and cutlery in the range.
Technology
Sheet is extruded and then formed over a tool to make the larger, flatter parts: fruit containers, fresh produce trays and blister takeaway boxes. Blister forming suits produce that has to be seen, and trays that have to nest flat so they do not pay for air in the container.
Technology
A container and its lid are one packaging system, so we design and tool them as one. Nesting height, snap or press fit and stacking strength are set together in a single tooling scheme. A lid that fits the first thousand parts and leaks on the tenth thousand is a tooling problem, not a packing problem.
In house
A professional R&D team works on new product development. That is how the catalogue has grown to dozens of product lines with new products launched each year — and it is the same team that turns a buyer's drawing or sample into something a machine can run reliably.
Outbound
Products are sold throughout China and exported to the United States, Canada, Japan, Greece, Finland and the Arab countries. External processing, custom production and export run alongside the standard range, with product customisation work carried out for clients in multiple countries.
Manufacturing technologies
Three processes, one production plan. The choice of process is made on the part — its wall section, its duty and how it has to pack — not on what happens to be free that week.
Melted material is injected into a machined steel tool under pressure, then cooled and ejected. Thin-wall work means lighter parts, faster cycles and tighter control of the wall section. It is the right process for containers, bowls, lids, juice cups and cutlery, where unit weight and dimensional repeatability matter most.
Material is extruded into sheet, heated and formed over a tool with vacuum or pressure. Blister forming gives larger, flatter parts with translucent walls and a generous display area — fruit containers, fresh produce trays and the blister takeaway boxes in the range.
Body, rim and lid are engineered as one system rather than three parts that happen to fit. Tooling is matched, tolerances are set together and the packed result is checked as a set: nesting height in the carton, stacking strength on the pallet, lid fit after filling.
Product scope
The catalogue is built around what food businesses actually put on a counter or into a delivery bag: injection moulded and blister takeaway boxes, fruit containers, fresh produce trays, bakery boxes, cutlery sets, juice cups, and catering and daily-use disposables. Materials run across PP, PET, PS, paperboard and PE- or PLA-coated board.
Where the goods go
Our products are sold throughout China and exported to the United States, Canada, Japan, Greece, Finland and the Arab countries. Each destination asks for something slightly different — a packing configuration, a labelling detail, a document, a shipment window — and the order is planned for the destination it is going to, not for a generic export.
Full-container programmes with published carton data: pieces per carton, carton dimensions, CBM and cartons per 40HQ for every item, so landed cost can be calculated before the order is placed.
Detail-led orders: colour references held against an approved physical sample, tight lid fit, consistent nesting and cartons packed to the count agreed on the order.
European deliveries are planned around the documentation and the test reports your market requires. Tell us the destination country and the product, and we confirm which tests apply before production starts.
