1. About these terms

This website is operated by Shandong Sunbay New Material Co., Ltd. (临沂杉达新材料有限公司), No. 100 Lingong Road, Yihe New Area Comprehensive Bonded Zone, Linyi City, Shandong Province, China. By using the site you accept these terms as the basis on which the site is made available. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Using the website

You may read, print and share the pages of this site for the purpose of evaluating us as a supplier and placing enquiries. You may not copy the site or its catalogue content into another website, catalogue or product database, and you may not use automated tools to harvest item numbers, capacities or contact details at scale. Links to the site are welcome; presenting our content as your own is not.

3. Catalogue information is indicative

Capacities, dimensions, carton sizes, CBM figures, pieces per carton, weights, colours and materials shown on this site are taken from our own catalogue and are published to help you plan. They are indicative and may be revised as moulds, materials and packing are improved. Minor variation between production batches is normal in moulded and converted packaging, and the tolerance that applies to your order is the one agreed in writing for that order.

Where a figure on this site and a figure in your quotation or signed specification sheet differ, the quotation and the signed specification sheet apply.

4. Quotations, prices and availability

Nothing on this website is an offer, a price list or a promise of availability. Prices are quoted per enquiry, because they depend on the size, the material, the colour, the gram weight, the packing, the quantity, the Incoterm and the destination port. Plastic and paper raw-material markets move; a quotation is valid for the period stated on it and no longer, and orders are accepted only when we confirm them in writing.

5. Specifications, MOQ and lead times are confirmed per order

Specifications, minimum order quantities, sample schedules, production lead times and shipping dates are agreed for each individual order in the quotation, the purchase order or the specification sheet signed by both sides. The figures mentioned on this website or in our guides — for example an MOQ of 20,000 pcs per size, a lead time of 20–30 days after deposit, or samples in 5–7 days — are typical commercial defaults offered to help you plan. They are not a fixed offer, they may change with material supply, tooling, printing, season and destination, and they are only binding when they appear in a written confirmation for your order.

6. Samples and approvals

Sample containers are produced so that you can check the specification before mass production. Samples are charged and shipped as agreed in the quotation. Once you approve a sample and a specification sheet, that approved sample is the reference for the production run, and requests to change a specification after approval may affect price, tooling and lead time.

7. Intellectual property

The text, layout, product photography, drawings, item numbering and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission. Item numbers and catalogue data may be used by customers and their agents to place and administer orders. Moulds, tooling designs and drawings produced for a customer are dealt with separately in the relevant quotation or agreement.

8. Accuracy, availability and external links

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or continuously accessible. This site contains links and embedded content from third parties — for example web fonts and an OpenStreetMap frame on the contact page. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.

9. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on indicative catalogue figures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the warranty terms of a confirmed order — those are set out in the order documents.

10. Which terms govern

These terms cover the use of the website only. They sit alongside, and do not replace, the terms of the individual sales contract for any order. Where the two differ, the order documents prevail for that order. Use of this website is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have in your own country of residence.

11. Changes

This is a draft and it will be replaced before the site is relied on commercially. Changes take effect when the revised text is published on this page, and the date at the top of the page will change with it.
